Jaguar charges up I-PACE with all-electric race series
- Jaguar #racing launches world’s first international championship for production-based electric cars
- ‘Arrive and Drive’ package offered for up to 20 drivers at each race, including a different VIP Driver at every venue
- Ten-race series in the world’s greatest cities including Hong Kong, Paris, Rome, New York and Sao Paolo
- Launching as the exclusive support race to the FIA #formulae Championship in season five – end of 2018
- Supports the launch of the #jaguar #ipace, Jaguar’s first battery electric vehicle
- Reinforces #jaguar Land Rover’s future electrification strategy, commitment to electric street #racing and ‘Race to Innovate’ mission
- I-PACE racecar built by #jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations
- Jaguar the first premium manufacturer to join FIA #formulae Championship in 2016, ahead of competitors Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Porsche
