Technology with Heart - Jaguar Land Rover’s Tech Fest
The free-to-enter festival takes place at the internationally recognised Central Saint Martins art, design and technology college in London. It is open to the general public from Friday, 8 September until Sunday, 10 September.
The #event will be packed full of innovative exhibits and interactive displays that demonstrate how technology is being used to make a positive difference. Attendees can fast forward into the future and take a glimpse into a world where cars drive themselves and some vehicles could be shared.
There will be some surprises as Jaguar shares its vision for future mobility, demonstrated via a virtual reality experience and interactive displays. Younger visitors can become race drivers for the day in mini Formula E race cars while teens will enjoy the Formula E simulator. Many more exhibits and vehicles will be on show and #jaguarlandrover engineers and designers will be on hand to answer questions and join debates.
There is a media day, by invitation only, on Thursday 7 September. This will include panel discussions on topics including the future of diesel, electrification, women in industry and robotics. Speakers will be announced in early September and will include a range of global industry and consumer experts. Content from the day will be shared across Jaguar Land Rover’s global social media channels, including a keynote opening address by #jaguarlandrover CEO Dr Ralf Speth
